On Wednesday, January 4, 2012, of Union City, GA, formerly of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Emma Sue Coble Nix; father of Veretta T. Nix and Susan Nix (Donald) Webster; grandfather of Briana A. Williams, Tristian K. Webster and Marcus L. Boyd; brother of Anita Jackson, Crispus C. (Edna) Nix, Comer (Ann) Nix, and Pettis (Patricia) Nix. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and good friends.

Interment Parklawn Memorial Park, Rockville, MD.
