Aimee Roberta Harmon, 76, of Rogue River died April 21, 2003, at her home.

No services are planned. Southern Oregon Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements. Contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 115 N.E. Evelyn St., Grants Pass, OR 97526.

Harmon was born Feb. 14, 1927, in Denver. On Oct. 21, 1943, in Denver, she married Theos Harmon, who survives. In 1964, she moved to Rogue River from Drain. She worked in the Rogue River School District as a secretary for the superintendent and retired in 1985.

She was a member of the Rogue River Grange. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing "Jeopardy," crocheting, knitting and reading. She especially enjoyed giving to charities.

In addition to her husband, survivors include a son, T. David M. Harmon of Eugene; a daughter, Theda K. Craig of Rogue River; two sisters, Lorraine Haddock of Ft. Lupton, Colo., and Naomi Leifheit of Denver; and four grandchildren.
