Mr. Brock was born Aug. 2, 1901, in Houston and died Tuesday evening.
He was a working foreman with 37 years service with Lufkin Industries and was currently employed by the Swift Oil Co. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and a member of the First Baptist Church and a member of the Friendly Sunday School Class.
Survivors: wife, Anna; daughter, Mrs. Douglas Durham of Lufkin; 4 sons, Louis and Glenn, both of Lufkin and Roe, Huntington, Ashford of Conroe; 4 sisters, Mrs. Beatrice Jones of Price, Mrs. Willie Evans of Woodlake, Mrs. Aline Kelley of Ft. Worth, Mrs. Laverne Morgan of Groves; 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.
