ELGIN Funeral for Gail Fulton, 60, of Elgin, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015, at Fletcher Assembly of God Church, Fletcher.

She passed away Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, at her home in Elgin with her family by her side.

Burial will be in Fletcher Cemetery under direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha.

Gail Yvonne Fulton was born June 24, 1954, to David and Betty Hopkins Stauffer in Oklahoma City. Gail was raised in Elgin, and graduated from Elgin High School in 1972. She married Duane Rich in June of 1972 and to this union four children were born. In 2000, she married Jim Fulton and they were married until December of 2012 when Jim passed away.

Gail loved the piano, and she was a pianist in the churches she attended and taught piano lessons for many years. Because of the brain tumor she fought for the past two years, it affected her piano playing, but she still was playing for family up until a week before her death. Gail also enjoyed working in her vegetable gardens and flower beds. She greatly enjoyed working with Jim in their boat and tractor business while they lived in Houston.

Gail loved her Savior and Lord and trusted in Him for her healing until the moment she passed away.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Stauffer; her daughter, Heather Rose Rich in 1996; and her husband, Jim.

Gail is survived by her three sons: David Rich and his wife Stacy, of Chickasha; Stephen Rich and his wife Brooke, of Blanchard; and Adam Rich and his wife Rhyann, of Blanchard; her stepdaughter, Karen Robins and her husband Robbie, of Call, Texas; 11 grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Courtney, Corban, Cianna, Kenley, Caison, Gavin, Destin, Garrett, Brandon and Kyle; her mother, Betty Sartain, of Fletcher; her sister, Sheila Baird and her husband Charles, of Fletcher; her nieces and nephews: Hank Hutson, Melissa Woodall and her husband Chris; Michelle Martinez and Clayton Hutson; and great-nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
