He lived on Kavanaugh in Dundalk for years and Bethlehem Avenue for 13 years and then at Park View Apartments in St. Helena for three years. He loved the Ravens.
Sons Carl Benjamin, Ronald E., Terry L. and John Randall Desper survive him, along with brother Earl T. Desper, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Wife Anna Desper preceded him in death.
Services were held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, with interment at Oak Lawn Cemetery
