A lifetime resident of Vancouver, Clifford E. Austin , 83, died at his home Sunday, March 5, 1995, of lung cancer. He had been a farmer, raising hay and turkeys.
A funeral will begin at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Brush Prairie Baptist Church. The casket will be open from 5 to 9 p.m. today, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. to noon Thursday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Austin was born June 28, 1911, in Vancouver. He was a member of Brush Prairie Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Jeanne, at home; one son, Terryl C. of Vancouver; one sister, Iola Nedrow of Vancouver; and three grandchildren.
