Lou was the daughter of Jeremiah Gammell and Arabella A. A. Reynolds.

Marriage record revealed Thomas C Robinson and Lou M Gammell married on Sept 12, 1883 in Muscogee Co, Georgia.

Newspaper announcement The Atlanta Constitution, Sept 13, 1883. Tom Robinson, the well known Omnibus and livery stable man, and Miss Lucretia Gammell were married last night.

On March, 9, 1899 their daughter, Carrie died at the age of two years and four months from severe burns.

The 1900 census revealed Thomas was a farmer. They rented their farm in Bozemans, Muscogee Co, Georgia. They had been married 17 years had seven children, six still living. Thomas was born in Apr 1842 in Georgia, Lou was born in Jan 1860 in Alabama. Their parents were all born in Georgia. Lou's widowed mother, Arabella Gammel was living with them. Household members: Thos C Robinson (58), Lou M Robinson (40), Bell Robinson (15), May Robinson (12), Thos C Robinson (11), Helen Robinson (9), Charleton Robinson (6), Sadia Robinson (0/12) and Arabella Gammel (64).

Household members: Lydia Croce (56), Thomas A Smith (32), Julia J Chase (61), Mrs. L. M. Robinson (50), Sadie Robinson (9), Leniner Osborne (30) and Belle Osborne (25).

The 1920 census revealed Lou was living with her daughter, Sadie C Johnson and family on Sout Hull Street, Montgomery Ward 4, Montgomery Co, Alabama. Household members: Lenard B Johnson (25), Sadie C Johnson (20), Lenard C Johnson (3), Mildred C Johnson (0), Loutitia Robinson (60), Bell Osborn (3) and Ellie L Harrell (36).

The 1930 census revealed Lou was living with her daughter, Salitha R Briscia and family on Twelfth Avenue, Columbus, Muscogee Co, Georgia. Household members: Joseph Briscia (66), Salitha R Briscia (43), Jack Briscia (15), Billy Briscia (13), Marguerite Briscia (10), Marcella Briscia (10), Phillip Batistini (18), Joseph Batistini (16), Lou Robinson (70) and Belle Robinson (13).

Mrs. Lou M. Robinson, 71, died Thursday afternoon at 8 o’clock after a lingering illness at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. B. L. Johnson, in Montgomery, Ala. Mrs. Robinson was formerly a resident of Columbus, only having moved to Montgomery a little over a year ago. She was the widow of Thomas C. Robinson, a pioneer citizen who was coroner of Muscogee county for 15 years. He was also a planter, operating a farm on the Buena Vista road for a number of years. Mrs. Robinson was a member of the St. Luke Methodist church.

Surviving Mrs. Robinson are two sons, Thomas T. Robinson, of Shreveport, La., and Charlton T. Robinson, of Columbus, three daughters, Mrs. Joseph Brescia, of Columbus, Mrs. O. M. Ray, of Birmingham, Ala., and Mrs. B. L. Johnson, of Montgomery, Alabama; ten grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

The funeral party will arrive in Columbus Friday night and the body will be taken to the Torbett Funeral home. The funeral arrangements will be announced later, pending arrival of relatives.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lou ROBINSON, former Columbus resident who died Thursday afternoon at Montgomery, Ala., will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Torbett funeral home. Rev. G. N. Rainey, pastor of the East Highlands Methodist church, will conduct the services, assisted by Dr. O. Pierce Harris, pastor of St. Luke Methodist church, and the interment will be in Linwood cemetery. The following will serve as pallbearers: Dave Munday, G. C. Shackleford, John P. Turner, M. M. Messer, G. P. Hunter and Z. A. Brooks.

Death record revealed Latische Montgomery Robinson died on May 7, 1931 in Alabama at the age of 72 years. Her spouse's name was Thomas Collins Robinson, her parents were Jeremiah Gammell and Belle Reynolds.

Lucretia lived to the age of 71.
