Edgar Lewis Cookson/Guinn, 86, of Keota, OK passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015 in Spiro, OK. Edgar was born February 4, 1928 in Antlers, OK to Andrew Davis & Vanita (Brigance) Cookson. Edgar was a mechanic for Bob Smedley.
Survivors include his three sons; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; and three sisters; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
He was preceded by his sisters, Corrina and Josie; son, Allen Guinn; his stepfather, Edgar Guinn, the man who raised him.
Services will be 10 am, Friday, January 30, 2015 graveside at New Hope Cemetery, Spiro, OK with Rev. Jerry Turner officiating.
