Willie Isaac Cox, 59 year-old miner and World War I veteran died at his home at 406 Trails End in Picher at 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
A resident of Picher for the last 30 years. Cox was a member of the Pentecostal church in Zineville.
Survivors include two sons, Albert Cox of Whittier, Calif, and Morris Cox of Silver City, N.M.; a daughter, Patsy Ruth Cox of Picher; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Stanley of Weston, Oregon; and Mrs. Rose Wallace, of Henryetta, Okla; a brother, Joe Cox of Picher, two-half sisters, Mrs. Isey Snow, of Wardville, Oklahoma, and Mrs. Clara Hunte4r of Texas, and two-grandchildren.
Arrangements for services and burial will be announced by the Thomas Funeral home of Picher.
