Richard was owner and operator of Richard Barber Electric for 32 years, working hard every day to serve his community and his family.
He was a member of Echoing Spring Christian Church.
Funeral service was conducted 2:00 PM – Tuesday at Lebanon Lutheran Church.
Interment followed at Lebanon Lutheran Church Cemetery with Military Graveside Rites conducted by the NC National Guard and the Rowan County Veterans Honor Guard.
