Daughter of A.E. and Martha Irish Berringer, she married Grover Davis, died in Franklin Hospital of endocarditis and broncho pneumonia, per death certificate 94574, whose informant was G C. Davis of Franklin.

Franklin News-Herald, Monday, Sep 20 1920:
Mrs. Grover C. Davis of Franklin died at Franklin Hospital at 11:45 am today after an illness of seven weeks. She was born in Franklin October 25, 1894.

She was a member of the First Methodist Episcopal Church.

Surviving are her husband; parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Berringer of Franklin; three children, Dorothy Lorraine, Grover Herbert, and Barbara Jean; brothers and sister, Charles E. Berringer and Emma Berringer of Franklin, and Albert Berringer in the United States Army, stationed in Fort Worth, TX.

Services will be at the home of her parents, 1217 Buffalo Street, Wednesday afternoon with Rev. Dr. Norris A. White officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
