Charles Glover, 42, of Westminster, died suddenly on January 28, 2015 at his home.
Born July 10, 1972 in Rochester, NY, he was the son of George A. and Patricia McCormick Glover of Westminster. He was the husband of Mary Doggett Glover, whom he married September 24, 2001.
Charles was a Construction Foreman for Maxmore-Hill Restorations. He graduated from Westminster High School, Class of 1990, where he was on the Wrestling team. Charles served in the Army National Guard and was on active duty after September 11, 2001. He enjoyed traveling the world, listening to Jim Morrison and The Doors, playing paintball, target shooting, fishing and crawfishing with his children, watching Star Wars and the Sci-Fi channel. He loved animals and being in the outdoors. He was a member of St. John Catholic Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are children Alexandra N. and Natalie V. Glover of Westminster; step-children Krystal L. Patton of Hanover, PA and Kellie L. Horner of Westminster; siblings Kelly Padeletti and husband Mark of Hanover, MD, Jean Mason and husband Mike of Hanover, PA, Joan Ecker and husband Greg of Westminster, Corinne Duvall and husband William of Westminster, Kevin DeBaun of Westminster, George M. Glover and wife Liz of Highland Mills, NY and James A. Glover and wife Katie of Warwick, NY; his beloved dog Molly; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 4, from 3-5 & 7-9 pm, where a Christian Wake Service being held in the evening at the PRITTS FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 9, at 12 noon at St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster. Officiating will be Fr. Jaime Garcia-Vasquez. Interment with military honors will follow in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
