Steve O. Rauton, 53, of Iva, died Thursday, January 29, 2015 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.
He was born in Anderson, SC to the late Charlie O. and Mamie Evans Rauton. Steve enjoyed life, people, music and was a jack of all trades.
His is survived by his daughter, Kana R. Keller and her husband Chris of Iva; a sister, Charlene R. Giles and her husband Bobby of Abbeville; three grandchildren, Gabe, Patrick and Bri; a niece, Michelle Knox and her husband Tommy; a great-nephew, Crayton Knox and many friends.
The family will receive friends from 5:00PM to 7:00PM Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Harris Funeral Home in Abbeville.
Funeral services will be 2:00PM Sunday, February 1, 2015 in the Community Wesleyan Church (formerly Fellowship Wesleyan Church), 1906 Elberton Hwy, Iva, SC. Burial will follow in Iva City Cemetery.
The family is at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Giles, 2398 Flat Rock Road, Abbeville, SC 29620. Memorial contributions in memory of Steve may be sent to a charity of one's choice.
