Died in Kingston, Ontario. Brought to Quebec to be buried with her husband on the 8th∼Maria Ann was baptised on the 11th September 1808 at Christ Church, Southwark by her parents William Erasmus Hardy 1778-1838 and Maria Ann Holland 1777-1839.
She married a widower William Henry Alexander at St Andrew's Church Northover in Somerset on the 18th March 1835. Her father W E Hardy govenor of Ilchester Castle was a witness.
