According to the below referenced source, Arthur was cremated and his "ashes are in a cemetery near Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha." He has two memorials - one in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Omaha, NE and the other in Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak, Iowa. Memorial #150716870.
It is possible his cremains were buried in two separate cemeteries next to each of his wives, or one of the memorials for Arthur is a cenotaph. Following his first wife's death, with whom he had one son and one granddaughter, Arthur married Mary Smith on September 9, 1952. Arthur and Mary had no children.
