Phelps, Jan. 9-John Bliven, 67, lifelong resident of Phelps, died Tuesday night at his home in Exchange Street. Surviving are his widow and two sons, Benjamin and Charles, all of Phelps. Funeral services at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon from his home.
