Steve Reeves, age 65 of Carrollton, passed away Wednesday, February 04, 2015. He was born December 27, 1949 in Carroll County to the late Merrell Reeves and Obera Miles Reeves. He worked as a electrical technician at Plant Yates in the electrical department with Georgia Power for 38 years. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Shaun Dallas of Carrollton; sister and brother –in-law, Patricia and Steve Norton of Carroll County; nephew, Michael Norton; and devoted loving friend, ex-wife, and mother to his daughter, Vickie Bagwell. Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, February 07, 2015 at 11:00 AM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Min. Kenneth Rooks officiating. Interment will follow in Indian Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Keith Gresham, Dennis Gresham, Jeff Nalley, Jim Nalley, Tracie Gordon, and Bob Bryant. Owen Gordon will serve as an honorary pallbearer. The family will receive friends Friday, February 06, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Martin & Hightower Funeral Home. Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel of Carrollton has charge of the arrangements.
