Verlee Bernice was born Nov. 6, 1934, to Ivan and Elsie Obert Churchill in Milton-Freewater. She first married STEWART LOVELL whom she divorced. Later she married Kenneth Paul Jones. Mr. Jones died in 1983. She was one of the first members of Valley Fellowship. She loved attending church and being with her church family.
She loved to travel. She and her husband were truck drivers and traveled to every state in the country with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
She was a kid at heart. Her smile would light up a room. She enjoyed puzzles, bingo, following the Trailblazers and spending time with her family. (Bio taken from her obituary.)
