PEARL I. BOYD

On the morning of April 14, 2004, Pearl Boyd of Peel, N.B. passed away to
her mansion with her Lord.

Pearl was born May 8, 1916 at East Coldstream to the late Robert and
Beatrice (Drake) Irving. She was predeceased by her first husband Wilfred
Corey after graduating Normal School, she taught for thirty years in the
Carleton County area. In 1971 she graduated from UNB with her teaching
degree.

Pearl's favourite pastimes included her church, walking, gardening,
knitting, quilting, ski-dooing, four wheeling, time with Senior groups and
time with her family. She traveled with Phillip to Alaska, Florida, Japan,
Europe and the Holy land.

She is survived by her loving husband Phillip, sons Harold (Ellen) Corey and
Larry (Judy) Boyd. She was the best gramma to four grandchildren and five
great grandchildren. She is also survived by her only brother Howard (Alice)
Irving.

The funeral, held at Hartland United Baptist Church, was under the care of
Wayne Page of Brittons Funeral Home. Pastor Dan Jamer had charge of the
service. Music was provided by Jeff Campbell, Debbie Smith and Leonard
Orser. Marsha Scott (granddaughter) read a lovely eulogy. A reception
provided by friends and the social committee was held in the church hall.

Interment will follow later in the Green Wood Cemetery in Hartland.
