AMORY Linda Gail Adams, 50, died Saturday, Sept. 9, 2000, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born in Aberdeen. She was a lifelong resident of Monroe County. She was 1968 honor graduate of Amory High School. She married Eddie B. Adams on Sept. 22, 1975. She was employed by Amory Garment, McCoys Manufacturing and Avon Home Furnishings. Her hobbies included playing the piano and singing, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.

Services will be at 3:30 p.m. today at E.E. Pickle Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Wade Cook and Bro. Kenneth Adams officiating. Burial will be in Greenbrier Cemetery.

Survivors include her father, Silas G. Moffat Jr. of Aberdeen; her mother, Helen C. Mabry Moffat of Aberdeen; her husband, Eddie B. Adams of Amory; one son, Kerry L. Scott and his wife, Carrie, of Nettleton; two daughters, Kimberly A. Ray of Aberdeen and Beth N. Brown and her husband, Jason, of Amory; one brother, Ricky S. Moffat and his wife, Darlene, of Aberdeen; one sister, Patricia A. Owen and her husband Bryan, of Aberdeen; seven grandchildren, Tyler and Taylor Scott, Erik and Hillary Ray, Morgan, Cassie and Brittany Brown.

Pallbearers will be Bryan Wigginton, Jon Page, Jason Brown, Charles Adams, Marvin Adams, John David Knowles, Joe Redden and Kenny Sanders.
