Joseph S. Kugler, 88, Lebanon, died Tuesday, May 9, 2006. He was the husband of the late Irene M. Peiffer Kugler who died February 8, 2003. Born in Lebanon July 28, 1917, he was the son of the late John and Rose Ernst Kugler. He owned and operated the former Kugler's Seafood for many years. He was a member of Quentin Riding Club, Red Rose Pony Club, TPA, and Northside Civic League. He was an avid pony lover. He was a member of St. Mary's Church. He is survived by daughters Rosemarie, wife of George E. Christianson, Kathleen, wife of John F. Arnold, and Pearl, wife of Ronald M. Donten, all of Lebanon; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister Kathryn Schreiber of MD; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brothers John and Frank Kugler.
