Albert Derohsa Meets Sudden Death on County Highway Yesterday
Albert ReRosha, 29, of 601 Sixth avenue, was believed to have been instantly killed yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock when the Ford touring car he was driving crashed just south of the city limits. According to Christ Valenti, who was riding with DeRosha, he was attempted to pass another machine & that the car was not being driven more than 20 miles per hour. But that as he turned the car to the right it ran into a rut & DeRosha lost control. Even through the car broke down the fence & turned completed over, Valenti was virtually unscratched.
DeRosha was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead from internal injuries. The inquest said that he was killed when one of the fence railings crushed his chest.
DeRosha was employed by the Ford Plant. He came to Iron Mountain about 8 years ago & married Susan who died suddenly last January. Their 4 children, the oldest 8 years, are left orphans. He is survived by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. John DeRosha, 601 Sixth avenue, whom he & his children were living with, 5 brothers, John & Charles of Iron Mt., Fred & Lawrence of Pontiac, Mich., & Edward of Bergland, Mich., 5 sisters, Mrs. Frank Riley, Mrs. George Dobison, Mrs. Hebert Swan & Mrs. Arthur Hanson & Virginia of Iron Mt.
