Clyde Ephram Allen "entered into Rest" on Wednesday, February 4, 2015. He died peacefully at home. He was born in Stringtown, OK and has lived in Stanislaus County for 72 years. He loved to cook, fish, travel, and spend time with family and friends. He graduated from Modesto High School in 1950. He worked at Norris Industry Ammo Plant, Riverbank for 30 years.
He is survived by five children: David, Ron, Merle, Marilyn & Carolyn. He had 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren. He has one surviving brother, Jim Ray Allen. Clyde is preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Waneka, as well as his parents Ernest and Annie Allen and brother Jerry.
