Carter, Barbara Ann, age 78, a resident of Troy since 1978 formerly of Pontiac, passed away on February 12, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Glenn Carter Sr., whom she married in Pontiac on November 4, 1952. Loving mother of Rodney Carter, Tammy Carter, Harmonie Ponder and the late Glenn Carter Jr. (the late Susan). Dearest grandmother of Megan Sanders (David) and Alexander Carter and great grandmother of J.C. Glenn Sanders. Dear sister of Nancy Hutchinson, Judy Thomas, Lois Wilkinson (Earl) and Gary Smith. Barbara loved being with her family and friends, was a member of Troy Assembly of God Church, was very involved in the church and will be missed by all the lives she touched. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 18, 2015 from 10am until 11am at Troy Assembly of God, 3200 Livernois Road (just north of Big Beaver Roads) in Troy.
