Enzena "Sam" Pounders Ellis, age 69, lost her hard fought battle with cancer on October 18, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Della Pounders; Husband, Thurman Ellis; Sisters, Allene Head and Willene Gillilad; Brothers, Kenneth Pounders and Samuel Pounders. She leaves behind her son, Christopher (Bliss) Ellis; Daughter, Catrina Robbins; Step-Children, Sue (Archie) Puckett, Tony Ellis and Cheryl (Dale) Stewart; Grandchildren, Amber, Macon, Rachael, Carly, Sarah, Marisa, Stephen, Aaron, and Jennifer; 6 Great-Grandchildren; Sisters, Garah (JW) Redditt, and Linda (Duke) Barham; Brothers: Charles (Jean) Pounders and Dea (Doris) Pounders; along with many nieces and nephews.
