Rebecca Jane Dillon was born in Plymouth Township, Richville County Ohio 7 February 1842 and died 21 February 1924 at the age of 82 years 14 days. She was married to Archilles Baker 7 September 1861 who preceded her into the great beyond 19 years ago. This family moved to Cheyenne, Laramie Wyoming in 1881 to Howard County Nebraska in 1888 to Weeping Water Ne in 1895 where she lived until the death of her husband. Some years later she married John Bolich and they resided in Long Pine, Nebraska until his death in 1919. Since Mr. Bolich's death she has made her home with her granddaughter Mrs. Burdy Cansler, in Council Bluffs Iowa, and her son Byron Amos Baker of Weeping Water. Mrs. Bolich leaves 5 children, Mrs. Cansler, Byron A. Samuel J. and Elvira C. and Fanny Tate, a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren to mourn her death. The funeral was held on Friday afternoon at 2:00 at the home of her son Byron A. Baker, Reverand C. I Rose Pastor of the methodist church conducted the service. Mesdames Lillian Marshall and Herbert Ratnour sang some comforting hymms. The interment was made at Oakwood cemetery.
