---DEATH OF ALBERT BURGESS---Friends learned with regret on Sunday of the death of Mr. Albert Burgess which occurred at midnight on Saturday at his home in Hamilton. Mr. Burgess was a native of the U. S. A., and was 60 years of age. He married Miss Stewart of Hamilton, P. E. I., and after a few years spent in the States they returned to the Island and made their home in Hamilton. Mr. Burgess took a great interest in the affairs of the village and was an active member in church work. He was a member of the choir of the United Church at Malpeque. Much sympathy is extended to his widow in her loss.
The funeral was held yesterday afternoon from his late residence to the United Church at Malpeque.
