Wilma Ilene Stewart, wife of Keith Stewart, passed away March 5, 2010 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. Wilma was born December 24, 1932 in Putnam County, MO. She was married to Keith on December 3, 1955 in Kirksville, MO. They have been residents of Hartford, IA since 1969.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Peterson Funeral Home in Carlisle, IA. Her body will lie in state on Monday after 4 p.m. with the family being present from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Hartford Cemetery.
Preceding her in death were two infant children, Kenneth Dean and Rhonda Lynn, along with her parents, four brothers and three sisters.
Her loving survivors are her husband Keith of Hartford; two daughters, Kimberly Stewart of Hartford and Michelle (Lonnie) Goode of Pleasantville; five grandchildren, Nicole Goode of Knoxville and Melinda Bernard, Joseph Goode, Sydney Goode and Madison Goode all of Pleasantville; two great grandchildren, Montanna and Morgan Pitt both of Knoxville. Any memorials will go to Iowa Methodist Medical Center-Powell-3.
