He was born May 16, 1914 in Buel Twp. to the late Irvin W. and Alice A. (Coleman) Hall.
He married Ruth E. Dafoe Dec. 31, 1935 in Angola, Ind.
He was a retired Buel Twp. farmer. He was a life member of the Croswell F. & A.M. Lodge #469; past Noble Grand I.O.O.F. Lodge #286, 50 year member of the Buel Twp. board, graduate of Croswell High School in 1932.
He is survived by his wife; one sister, Fanigene Smythe of Pompano Beach, FL, several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Ross C; four sisters, Mariam A. Woodward, Lyndall H. Hall, Delores Meldram and Hazel Hail.
Services were held in the Pomeroy Funeral Home, Croswell. Rev, Grant Lobb of the Croswell United Methodist Church officiated. Burial was in Croswell Cemetery.
