Vince is preceded in death by his parents, sister 70727897 Pauline King, brother Dale Cook, two nephews, and one great nephew.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m., Friday, February 20, 2015 at Pheasant Hill Cemetery. Vince graduated from Vinita High School in 1965. On 21 September, 1966 he married Barbara Ann Woolman at Vinita, Oklahoma. They have 4 children still living.
Vince served in the Army National Guard, 45th Infantry Brigade from 24 October 1965-1 May 1972.
Vince was an avid bowler. He also loved to hunt, fish, and fix his version of deer chili. His favorite shows were westerns and his favorite song was "Barbara Ann" by the Beach Boys.
Vince retired from Eastern State Hospital, Vinita, Oklahoma, where he was employed as an electrician.
Vince died at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is buried at Pheasant Hill Cemetery, in Vinita, Oklahoma where he was the caretaker of the cemetery. Many family members are also buried at this cemetery.
