Fred K. Lewis of Sauk Centre died suddenly on January 15, death caused by a heart attack. The funeral will be held in the Congregational church in Sauk Centre with burial in the Sauk Centre cemetery. The time is not arranged.
Mr. Lewis was born in Elysian on October 6[sic], 1875, a son of the deceased Dr. and Mrs. Edwin J. Lewis. The family moved to Sauk Centre in 1883. Fred Lewis married a Sauk Centre girl, Wandla [sic] Hanson, in 1901. For most of his life he was a miller with the Sauk Centre flour mill, retiring 10 years ago.
Mrs. Lewis survives with four sons, Edwin at Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; Donald in Seattle; Carl and Robert in Sauk Centre. There are four grandchildren.
Fred K. Lewis is a brother of Dr. C. B. Lewis and Sinclair Lewis.
