Mr. Willie Lee Dingle, the beloved son of Mrs. Ruby Howard Dingle and the late Deacon James Albert Dingle, was born on October 13, 1948 in Wilson, North Carolina. On Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at 6:05 AM in Wilson Medical Center, God quietly called Willie into His Heavenly Home. A Celebration of Willie's Life will be held at 1:00 PM, Sunday, February 22, 2015 at The Feel Free Church Ministries. Located at 3543 US. 301 N. Wilson, North Carolina. Interment will follow at Hamilton Burial Garden, Lane Street Extention, Wilson.
Willie accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and was Baptist.
Willie was an employee of The Samson MFG Company for many years. Willie was a loving and caring father,grandfather,great-grandfather and friend. Willie made numerous of friends where ever he went and would help anyone that needed his help. Willie will be truly missed by all who loved and knew him. Preceded Willie in death one brother: James Earl Dingle; one sisters: Ruby Diane Dingle Vick and his father: Deacon James Albert Dingle
Mr. Willie leaves to cherish his loving memories and to Celebrate his Life; ten children: Carrie Dickerson (Jesse), Tony Williams (Nellie), Willie Williams, Sherniel Williams, Etta Williams, Terry Williams, Dwight Anderson (Inezsia), William Hall, Tiara Dingle and Trenton Dingle; his mother: Mrs. Ruby Howard Dingle; seven sisters: Dr. Quentin Finch (Willie), Christine Woods, Bessie Midgette, Janice Hunter and Clara Vann (Marvin) all of Durham, North Carolina, Barbara Lowry (Calvin) of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Denice Wiley (Sidney) of Black Creek, North Carolina; two brothers: Romas Ray Dingle (Linda) of Wilson, North Carolina and Deacon Dennis Dingle (Vonoka) of Durham, North Carolina; Twenty seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren an host of other relatives and friends.
Public View was Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM at The Hamilton Funeral Chapel, Wilson NC.
