Doris Sue Reed, 76, of Leatherwood Lane, Bluefield, VA, went home to be with her Savior on Monday, February 16, 2015 at her home.
Born on May 15, 1938 in Wytheville, VA, she was a daughter of the late Lacy Lane and Sarah Crigger. She attended Grace United Methodist Church in Bluefield until her health declined. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Reed; a grandson, Brandon Bolyard; and two brothers, Bobby Lane and Chink Wilhite. She is also preceded in death by her stepfather, Frank Crigger.
Survivors include:

Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, VA, with Joey Cooper, Louie Bolyard, Brian Wallace, Jody Scott and Eddie Davis will serve as pallbearers.
