Rowena Hazel Geurin age 89, of Del City, Oklahoma, passed away at her home on February 19, 2015. She was born August 6, 1925, in Sparks, Lincoln, Oklahoma, to Cecil and Hester Hazel (Sims) Fallwell.

Rowena enjoyed playing dominos, going to garage sales, and bowling. Her bowling team was called The Holy Rollers. Rowena also enjoyed fishing, especially when she had her own private pond on her 15 acres. She also enjoyed going to the Salt Plains Reservoir, watching “Wheel of Fortune” and the Trinity Broadcasting Network. One of her highlights in life was to go see Joel Osteen at the Ford Center. Rowena was an former insurance agent and sold for Preferred Risk Insurance. Later she was a manager of the Burger Train Restaurant in Del City, Oklahoma, and was also a manager for Braum’s Dairy. She left her last employment at Dealer's Auto Action in Oklahoma City to stay home and care for her aging mother, which she did for several years. Rowena had an outgoing personality.
