Services for Morris F. Welborn, 53, a senior engineer for International Engineering Co,. of San Francisco, a Morrison-Knudson subsidiary, were conducted today at the Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd. Hayward.
Mr Wellborn who has held top posts on important construction projects in Ceylon, East Pakistan and Brazil died today at his home at 928 Rodney Drive. Surviving are four sons, Robert and Morris Jr. of Hayward, Lawrence of Kodiak Alaska and Johnathan of San Leandro; two daughters, Mrs. Stephanie Brown of Oakland and Lynne Welborn of San Leandro and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Welborn of San Leandro.
