Mrs. Roy B. Canter
Kingston - Mrs Cora Trilby Canter, 68, died unexpectedly at 11 a.m., Wednesday, at her home in Kingston after suffering a heart attack.
She was born Aug. 22, 1896 in Adelphi to George and Emma Blackburn Congrove and was member of the Delphi Methodist church. On Nov. 21, 1914, she was married to Roy B. Canter, who survives.
Also surviving are five daughters, the misses Alice and Julia Canter at home, Mrs. A E. (Ruth) Jackson of Circleville, Mrs. F. A. (Mary) Gilbert of Wilmington, Calif. and Mrs. Carole Immell of Kingaton, a son, William A. of Kingston; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Hazel McNeal of Laureville and Mrs. Nora Leasure of Logan. A sister and three brothers preceded her.
Service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, in the L. E. Hill Funeral Home here with the Rev. Clayton Lutz officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may call after 6:30 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
