Mr Pulver was born in Bradford N Y , but he had made his home in this city for the last 20 years. For the last 15 years he has been employed at the Brick and Terra Cotta Works.
Mr Pulver is survived by his wife, two daughters, Geraldine and Mildred, three sisters Mrs. Frank Fuller of Binghamton, Mrs. Carrie Morse of Rochester, Mrs. Cora Holley of Rochester and three brothers John, Richard, and Burt.
