She was born Aug. 28, 1925, in Hillsboro.
She married Lloyd Evans on July 3, 1943, in the Episcopal Church, Collinsville.
She was survived by her husband, Ethard Halsey, and two sons.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 1st husband, Lloyd Evans, and one son, Martin Edward Evans.
