Peacefully on Friday, February 13, 2015, Anna Belle Jones Marsh, wife of 63 years to the deceased Luther Marsh, Jr., entered into eternal rest. Survived by loving daughters Ivy Marsh, Anita Marsh, Stacy Lynn Marsh-Sherrod (Victor); devoted grandchildren Malcolm Leason (Aneatria), Kyle Williams, Angela Marsh-Coan; affectionate great grandchildren Christopher and Cari Leason, Lovely Williams and other relatives and friends. On Saturday, February 28, 2015, a memorial service will be held at the Episcopal Church of the Atonement; 5073 East Capitol Street SE; Washington DC. Alpha Kappa Alpha service 9:30 a.m.; Visitation 10 am; Daughters of the King service 10:45 a.m.; Service 11 a.m.; repast immediately following. Final resting services at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the League of Women Voters of the District of Columbia.
