Ann (nee Del Missier) Giuntini, 73, of River Forest, died on March 23, 2007. Giuntini was born in Chicago on July 7, 1933, to Francis and Virginia (Cirese) Del Missier and raised in Oak Park. She and her husband Robert raised three daughters in her family home before moving to River Forest in the late 1980s. She graduated from Oak Park and River Forest High School in 1951, and attended Rosary College, now Dominican University. As a senior in high school, she was chosen to be the "Golden Jubilee Queen" during the 50th anniversary celebration of Oak Park in 1951.

Giuntini worked as an interior designer with Plunkett Furniture in River Forest until she retired in 2000. She was active for decades with the OPRF Infant Welfare Society and Alpine Country Club, and she was a member of both St. Giles and St. Vincent parishes.

She was called, "a beautiful woman of dignity, warmth, abiding faith and passionate devotion to her friends and family."

Funeral Mass was celebrated March 30 at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, followed by interment at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Friends and family held a gathering afterwards at Oak Park Country Club.
