Nicholas and Julien came on the Oregon Trail in 1859
He was a pioneer adventurer, trapper, wagon builder, shoe cobbler and Hudson Bay Company employee. He helped build the 2nd Fort Boise and Fort Hall for Hudson Bay Fur Traders.
