She came here 32 years ago from her native Battle Creek, Michigan, where she was employed as the manager of a shoe store. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jasmine Lakes and the Jasmine Lakes Community and Civic Club.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Beatty; two sons, Gordon Miller, New Port Richey, and John Miller, Jacksonville; a stepson, Don Beatty, Holiday; three sisters, Sarah Halle and Frances Dougherty, both of Port Richey, and Louise Philo, New Port Richey; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
