Debra Dobbins passed away into the loving arms of the Lord, December 16, 2014. She was born on May 9, 1960 in St. Louis MO. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Jennie Dobbins. She is survived by her cousin, Mr. Donald Lilly from Spanaway, WA, his daughters and numerous relatives from around the country.

Debra worked for the Federal Government for 27 years. At the time of her passing, she was a Procurement Analysts with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Debra was a devoted Woman of God, a serious advocate for education, an avid reader, loved arts, crafts and dancing. She enjoyed spending time with family, friends and was highly respected at work and in her community. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 4 at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., including repast at Ft. Myer Memorial Chapel, 101 McNair Rd., Bldg. 480 Ft Myer, VA 22211. Dir.: Go to Hatfield Gate on Wash. Blvd at S. 2nd St. Valid ID is required.

She was preceded in death by her parents James and Jennie Dobbins. She is survived by numerous relatives from around the country. Debra was raised in Saint Louis. She graduated from Rosati-Kain All Girls High School in St. Louis with honors. She received her BA in Economics and English Literature from Washington University. She received a Law degree from the Washington College of Law at the American University. Debra worked for the Federal Government for 27 yrs. At the time of her passing, she was a Procurement Analyst with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) at Ft. Belvoir, VA. Debra was a devoted Woman of God, a serious advocate for education, an avid reader, loved arts, crafts, dancing and serving others. She enjoyed spending time with family, friends and was highly respected at work and in her community. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. Services: A Memorial Service was held 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 18th at All Saints' Episcopal Church located at 2831 N Kingshighway Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63115.
