She was born in Bedford on Sept. 20, 1948, the daughter of Ralph & Marybel (Louden) Noel.
She retired from Delco Electonics in Kokomo. She was a member of the Avon United Methodist Church. She enjoyed her grandchildren and auto racing.
She is survived by her children, Philip (Becca) Lucas of Avon, Meri Lyn (Steve) Bisch of St. Louis, MO, Scott (Linda) Buker of Birchwood, TN, Jeanette (Doug) Ramer of Nashville, TN, eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded by her parents, Ralph & Virginia Noel, and Marybel & Charles Stanfield, her husband, Richard Buker, a son, Eric Buker, and her sister, Connie Starr.
A visitation will be held at Avon United Methodist Church, 6850 E US Highway 36, on Friday, March 6, 2015, from 4:00 P.M. until the time of a celebration of Patricia's Life 7:00 P.M., with Pastors Karen Devaisher & Rob Probus officiating.
A second visitation will be held at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer on Saturday, March 7, 2015, from 11:00 A.M. until the time of a celebration of Patricia's Life at 1:00 P.M., with Pastors Karen Devaisher & Rob Probus officiating.
Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Spencer, IN.
Memorial contributions can be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or Wish Upon an Oriole for the benefit of Abby Nickol, through the funeral home.
