Son of Parthena (sp.?) Wright and Oliver Abrams, he appears as 17 year-old "Wilmot W" in their household in the 1870 US Census for Hempstead, NY.

His marriage certificate (Brooklyn 1872, 2501) lists his name as Wilmot Wright Abrams, and he has signed as "Wilmot W Abrams." It also lists:

His sons Charles and Edward are named in a probate notice about the will of their great-uncle, George Lewis Wright (Mar 1927, Hempstead Sentinel, p. 7).

Wilmot Wright's death certificate from Brooklyn, dated May 20 1892, lists his name as "W.W. Abrams."

His death certificate lists Rockville Center Cemetery as his place of burial, even though there is no marker for him. It also specifies:

(Pearsalls Corner was the former name of Lynbrook)
