Danny, who loved God, Family, Country, Heritage and Values his Mother taught him. He was a Marine whose achievements include serving in Vietnam, and Special Forces, where he polished his skills to provide the tools to raise a family, indulge in Music, Song Writing and start a career. Danny has often been known to friends as the man who could play and sing to the Hearts of many. He never left a frown on a face with his never ending jokes and laughter. Danny was loved by many. Mr. Cannon was preceded in death by his father, Winston Gray Cannon. Danny is survived by his Mother, Evelyn Lucas Cannon Love; his loving wife, Brenda Jackson Cannon. Children by 1st wife Kimiko, three sons, David Cannon (DeDe), Jason Cribb, and Derick Cribb; two daughters, Tina Henson (Robert) and Lisa Gardner (Bryan); one brother, Larry Cannon (Janet); two sisters, Sherrill Spence (Mike) and Karen Dyson (John); six grandchildren, Dustin, Zachery, Desiree, Haley, Kendall and Clayton. A Memorial Service was be held at Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home Chapel 7242 Normandy Blvd. Jacksonville FL. 32205, Sunday, December 20, 2009.
