Diana was preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Mallie Adams, a daughter, Amy Reger, a brother Bobby Adams and a sister, Alesia Adams.
She is survived by her daughter, Brittany Fogarty of Big Stone Gap, her son, Keith Pennington of Kentucky and her sister Teresa Griffith.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
