Born in North Platt, Neb., she moved to Colorado Springs, Colo., in 1900, where she attended schools. She married Ole Davis in 1904. Mr. Davis passed away in 1908. She moved to California in 1911 and lived in Holdville, where she worked as a waitress. She married Jack Van Wagenen in 1918 in Los Angeles. She moved to Fresno in 1941. Mr. Van Wagenen died in 1943. She moved to Modesto, later to Stockton and eventually settled in Lodi in September, 1975.
She is survived by her granddaughter, two grandsons; three great grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
