Gary D. Cupp, age 71 of Adrian, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015, at ProMedica Bixby Hospital.

He was born December 21, 1943 in Adrian to Albert and Clarice (Barron) Cupp, and graduated from Adrian High School with the Class of 1962.
On June 29, 1963, he married Alice Cochran in Hamilton, Alabama, and she survives.

Gary retired from Brazeway in 2005 with 40 years of service. He was a gifted musician and enjoyed playing guitar and singing at the Adrian Senior Center and Maple Village. He loved being outdoors, playing with his dog, Tia, hunting, fishing, and taking drives with Alice to see the wildlife. He was a former member of the Maple City Bass Club.

In addition to Alice, his wife of over 51 years, he is survived by their children, Gary (Dee Semanske) Cupp, Jr. of Onsted and Angie Cupp of Mississippi; grandchildren, Kyle (Holly) Cupp and Tricia Lay; great grandchildren, Zeelan and Raylee on the way; and a sister, Joyce Cochran of Hamilton, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Glenn (Hazel) Cupp, and brother-in-law, Otis Cochran.

Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 14, 2015, at Wagley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hunt Cemetery.
