Linda L. Morris, 69 of Milan passed away Monday March 9, 2015 at Margaret Mary Health at Batesville. Linda was born Thursday March 15, 1945 in Milan the daughter of Charles and Mary (Thies) Ashcraft. She married Robert E. Morris June of 1967 and he survives. Linda was a former employee of Reliance Electric at Madison and Bob Aikens Feed Mill at Pierceville. Mary was a member of the Milan Christian Church and she enjoyed horse back riding, crocheting, sewing, gardening, and her dogs Kisha and Tasha Linda is survived by her husband, Robert, sister-in-law Phyllis White and brother-in-law Claude Morris, several cousins and aunts. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Barbara Ashcraft. Funeral services will be 11AM Thursday March 12, 2015 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home, Milan with Brother Irvin Hart officiating. Burial will follow in the Rising Sun New Cemetery at Rising Sun. Visitation will be 6-8 Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to either Milan Fire Dept or Rescue 30. Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements, 707 S.
